Fix a session after the fact
- You can now edit a finished session's category, intention, and notes from its details page — pick the category, adjust the text, and press Save.

Swedish dates and times in your session history
- Dates and times in the statistics Sessions tab now always follow the Swedish standard: `2026-07-27` for dates and a 24-hour clock like `14:05` for times. No more `7/27/2026` or `2:05 PM` when the app is in English.
- The same formatting carries over to the detail page you land on after clicking a session, so the date and the start and end times read the same everywhere.
- Times are still shown in your own timezone — only the way they are written has changed.
Intention suggestions follow your category
- The intention field now suggests only the intentions you have used in the category you picked, so the list stays short and relevant instead of mixing up everything you have ever worked on.
- Pick the category first: the intention field stays disabled until you choose one, and tells you so.
- Choosing a suggestion fills in the intention only — it can no longer overwrite the category you just selected.
- Switching category re-scopes the suggestions but keeps any intention you have already typed.
Your profile page
- Open the account menu and choose "Profile" to see your name and every sign-in provider linked to your account, along with the email each one shares.
- Signed in with more than one provider? You can now unlink any of them from the profile page. Your last remaining sign-in method is kept in place so you're never locked out.
Sign in with Apple
- You can now sign in with your Apple account, alongside Google and GitHub.
- Already have an account? Open the account menu and choose "Link account" to attach Apple to the same profile — your sessions and statistics stay in one place no matter which provider you sign in with.

Session notes counter no longer overlaps your text
- When writing a longer reflection after a session, the character counter used to sit on top of the text near the bottom of the box.
- The notes field now reserves space at the bottom, so the counter stays clear of your text no matter how much you write or how tall you resize the box.
Stats period picker now sits centered
- On the stats page, the Today / Week / Month toggle and the date arrows used to hug the left edge.
- They now sit centered above your stats, so the whole picker lines up neatly on the page.
New focus picker with one-click suggestions
- Picking what to work on is now one simple block: choose a category from a compact pill dropdown and type your intention right below it.
- The intention field suggests your recent intentions with their category shown alongside — one click fills in both.
- New categories can be created by just typing a name in the category dropdown, and every category gets its own color dot.
- An intention no longer requires a category — both fields are optional and independent.
Fixed the arrow on the back button
- The "Back to stats" button on a session's details page now shows a proper ← arrow instead of a stray escape sequence.
Release notes moved to bottom bar
- The release notes link has been moved from the top navigation bar to the bottom bar, where it sits alongside the language switcher.
Improved category pie chart readability
- Category pie chart slices now show count, percentage, and total time together, making it easier to read at a glance without hovering.
View today's statistics
- The statistics page now has a "Today" option in the period selector, letting you zoom into just today's sessions and navigate day by day.
Fix stray "0" in session history
- Fixed a display bug where a "0" appeared after the session duration in session history when there was no pause time.
Improved category and intention dropdowns
- Category and intention fields now open a proper dropdown when clicked, showing all available options without needing to clear the field first.
Mood selection hover fix
- Selected mood now shows its color when hovered, making it easier to see which mood you picked.
Custom session lengths
- Add support to allow the user to select their own session length ranging from 20-60 minutes.
